Weary of hiding and pretending. It’s time to find the courage to lay your heart bare before the Lord and say, “I’m not okay, and I need your help.” Once you face your messes, God—in his sweet mercy—will help you get real, deal, and truly move on. Say goodbye to the person you’ve been pretending to be and celebrate a gloriously imperfect mess loved by God.

Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start to study God’s Word. A lack of time, emotionally driven approaches and past frustrations can erode our resolve to keep growing in our knowledge of Scripture. This session will help you to find your way deeper into the Word of God without having to be seminary educated, a genius, or even an especially good student.

Holidays are meant to be more than chaos with glimpses of grace: they are meant to draw us closer to God and one another, but often life is so busy that setting a game plan just doesn’t happen. This conference is meant to help you avoid what has tripped you up in the past & give you insights, tips, and tools to make your holidays less chaotic & more meaningful.

For many of us, inviting people into our lives and homes feels more like inviting judgment on our entertaining skills and stress on our housekeeping skills. We often get caught up in perfecting our homes and conversations before we open our doors. Rain can be drenching, but it can also be refreshing and uplifting. Enjoy some crafts with rain chains and rainbows for this session as we make things to encourage each other.

 

3 & 4                                                     Everyday Worship—Our Work, Heart and Jesus                        Sonja Watkins

As women busy about our work, we often leave God to the spiritual categories of our lives, seeing our daily occupations as just work. The challenge of connecting work to worship is as old as Mary & Martha. The solution is not to choose between work and worship, but rather to worship in our work. Depend on God, find confidence in Him and work as stewards by His grace, and our hearts are filled with joy.

You’ll get thru this—whatever “this” is—financial woes, relationship valleys, health crises.
